Why I’m Riding for Cancer

I get asked all of the time why I’m going to ride 2,100+ miles this summer. The answer really is simple. I’ve been guided to it. I don’t usually talk about my religious views as I’m a pretty conservative Lutheran – and we don’t really talk about religion much (at least how I was raised). But I believe God has been guiding me towards this ride since my dad died from Pancreatic Cancer in 2009.

I wrote what ended up being a pretty long post on my business’s blog about why I’m doing the ride as well as starting I Ride for Cancer. You can read it here:

By the way if you would like to help sponsor the ride, I will be sending the finalized jerseys off in the next couple of weeks. Please let me know at [email protected] if you would like to sponsor the ride!

Thank you and God bless!
